Individual Counseling

50 minute In-Person or Telehealth session: 




15 minute FREE phone consultation for new clients to explore what is bringing you into counseling, discuss what the process of therapy together looks like, and answer any questions you may have.

What to Expect During Your

My office is located in a shared therapy practice. There is a small waiting area with tea and a comfy couch. There is a free parking lot available for your convenience.  

Prior to our first meeting, we will check in via phone call to answer any questions you may have and gather information about what is bringing you into counseling. Then, I will email you a link with a few forms to sign before our first appointment. You can choose to meet with me in person or via secure Telehealth video. (Some clients prefer to alternate in-person or video sessions, depending on scheduling needs, traffic, and ease.)  


During our first appointment, we will get to know each other a little more, and we will begin to identify core themes and goals for our work together.


Sessions last 50 minutes. You can decide how frequently you would like to schedule sessions- weekly or bi-weekly. I recommend that new clients attend weekly sessions for the first 2-4 appointments, because research shows that more frequent sessions at the beginning of the therapy process help you to feel motivated, stay engaged, and see concrete results faster. That being said, we can absolutely work with your schedule and individual needs. 

I work with clients who prefer to meet for 6-12 sessions and focus on a specific goal(s), and also with clients who prefer to access longer-term support around self-growth and evolving life challenges (6-8 months).
